In this project, we were contacted by an engineering company to install a drum filter in Dupont Baker Mines. The drum filter was used to extract gold. It weighed approx. 35,000 pounds. It was raised 22 ft in the air on cribbing and then rolled 30 ft into place. The mine had no down time during this installation, making it a very cost-effective operation.
